Kamran Parandian

Kamran Parandian founded Parandian Law Firm after building his early career in corporate law at a large New York firm — bringing large-firm rigor to a practice deliberately sized for individual attention. Before entering private practice, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John E. Babiarz, Jr. at the Delaware Superior and Chancery Courts, an experience that shaped his practical, outcome-focused approach to every client matter.

Over more than two decades of practice, Mr. Parandian has built a reputation for combining substantive depth across multiple areas of law with the responsiveness that only a boutique firm can offer. His practice spans immigration, business law, trusts and estates, real estate, and civil litigation — areas that frequently intersect in the lives of his clients, particularly entrepreneurs, business owners, and families with cross-border ties.
He has represented and advised individual and corporate clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, software, international trade, healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. Mr. Parandian received a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Waterloo in 1997 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2001.
