Common questions
Consultations FAQ
What should I bring to my consultation?
You don’t need to bring anything formal. Having a brief summary of your situation and any key documents — a contract, prior filing, or notice — is helpful but not required. The consultation is a conversation, not a formal proceeding.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes. All communications with Parandian Law are treated as confidential from the moment of first contact. Scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship, but confidentiality protections apply regardless.
What happens after the consultation?
After your consultation Mr. Parandian will follow up with a summary of your options and next steps. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send an engagement letter outlining the scope of representation and fee structure before any work begins.
Can I consult about more than one issue?
Yes — many clients come to us with overlapping matters. An immigration question may intersect with a business structure issue, or an estate plan may involve real property. We’re happy to discuss multiple areas in a single consultation and will let you know upfront if a matter falls outside our practice.
